About the support on the New Coronavirus infection

We carry out the following measures at this hotel in order to protect the health and safety of our guests and employees considering the spread of the new virus.
・Hygiene practices, including regular disinfection and cleaning in the hotel has been enforced.
・An antiseptic solution is installed in the common area, in front of the EV, and inside restrooms.
・Masks are worn by all the staff.
・All staff measure their body temperature before coming to work.
・All staff thoroughly wash their hands and do gargling regularly.
The breakfast venue carries out the following measures in addition to the above.
・Antiseptic solution is installed at the restaurant entrance, each table, and common areas
・Regular alcohol disinfection in common areas
・Regular ventilation of the lobby floor including the restaurant venue
Notification about the change of breakfast provision method
Hotel Coco Grand Ueno Shinobazu is working to prevent the spread of the infection of the novel coronavirus.
Based on the opinion of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare task force cluster response team, the buffet style for breakfast will be discontinued from March 16th for the time being, and it will be provided in a small bowl (single meal) format that can be eaten safely and at ease.
We apologize for not being able to provide our popular buffet breakfast, but we are committed to putting customer safety first.
In addition, this may cause the waiting time to be longer than the conventional buffet style, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
