About the stay / Room plans

Q What time is the check in / out ?
A Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is until 11:00 (premium coco suite twin room and coco suite twin room is 12:00 )
Please note that there are some exceptional cases depending on the room plans.
Q Is it possible to check in before 14:00 ?
A We are sorry, but early check in is not acceptable.
Q Is it possible to check out after 11:00 am?
A Late check out is possible with charge ( costs are different depending on the room types and hours )
But it may not be possible to accept a checkout extension depending on the reservation situation at that time. so please inquire to the front desk about your request.
Q Are there any non-smoking rooms available?
A Floor 5,8,11 and two of the luxury twin rooms on floor 9 are non-smoking rooms.
Floor 3,4,6,7 and other two luxury twin rooms on floor 9 are smoking rooms.
When you make a reservation, please let us know your request for a non-smoking room.

Q Are there any Japanese-style rooms?
A There is one Japanese-style room each on 7th and 8th floor. Please state if you request for Japanese-style room at the time of your reservation. The room can accommodate up to 4 persons(The Room charge for a 2 person stay is different from that for a 4 person stay).
Q Is there any room with separated bath and toilet?
A Bath and toilet are separated in some rooms. such as: suite rooms ,luxury twin rooms and Japanese-style rooms. These rooms also have an open air bath with Jacuzzi function and bath salts.
There are also 3 shower booths on each floor from 3rd to 8th floor.
Q Where can I store my valuables?
A We cannot accept any deposit of valuables at the front desk.
There is a safety box (safe) in each room that can be used for free, so please use it yourself for management of valuables.

A Please kindly understand that room request can be placed, but depending on availability.

A Breakfast : You can have breakfast at “RESTAURANT Coco Ciel” on the 2nd floor lobby floor of the hotel.
Breakfast is available for guests only. Guests who are above elementary school age can enjoy breakfast for 1,600 yen if a reservation is placed by the day before (on the day is 2,000 yen).
Preschool children between 3 to 7 years old can enjoy it upon reservation for 500 yen.
Business hours of breakfast are from 6:30 to 10:00 (L.O. 9: 30).

Dinner : Please use the tenant on the first floor for dinner (at RESTAURANT Coco Ciel, only party plans for groups are available)
Q Can we bring in some foods and drinks into the hotel?
A You can bring foods to your room. But please do not bring them into the restaurants and other places.

A There are 3 hair dryers installed in the dressing room. Swabs and cottons are also available.
Face towel is prepared, so please bring a bath towel / body towel from the room.
In the female public bathing area, bedrock yukata and bedrock bath towels are prepared.
Q Is the toilet western style or Japanese style?
A All toilets in the building are Western-style.
Q Is there a vending machine for drinks and cigarettes?
A Juices and Alcohol vending machines are located on the 3rd, 6th, and 10th floor respectively.
But there is no sales of cigarettes in the hotel. Please purchase at a nearby convenience store.
Q Is there an ice making machine available?
A There is an ice maker beside the vending machine on the 3rd, 6th and 10th floor and also on the 11th floor.
Please use it freely.
Q Is there any smoking places available?
A If your room is smoking room , you can smoke inside of your room. If not, please smoke at restaurant's terrace or public area (outside) in front of the public bath. However please always ask our stuff about it when you are not sure.
Q Can we go to outside my room with my pajama and the slippers on ?
A You can go to the public bath wearing brown pajamas and slippers ,but please do not go to the lobby and restaurant.

A The 10th floor is a large public bath.
The open hours are from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m.
On the right is the men's bathroom, and there is an open air bath (Carbonated spring)/ Sauna/ Water bath/ home bath.
On the left is the ladies' bathroom, and there is an open air bath (Carbonated spring) / Sauna/ Bedrock bath (reservation system)/ home bath.
Please enjoy the hydrogen water provided in the changing room.
Also, since women need a specific card key to unlock the bathroom, we will hand them at the reception desk upon check-in.

Please return it to the reception when you check out.

A When you go outside the east exit at Takasaki station, please turn left and you will see a large electronic appliances store "Yamada Denki" in front of you.
There would be a pedestrian walkway on the left side, that takes you directly to the hotel.
If you go ahead this way for 3 minutes, you will see the entrance on the right hand.
Q Is there a parking lot at the hotel?
A The hotel does not have a hotel parking lot, so if you are traveling by car,you will be guided to the adjacent multi-level parking lot "Coco Parc 800".

In addition, it is not a reservation system, so you will be guided to a vacant space up to the rooftop.

After stopping, if you get off on the 3rd floor of Cocoparc 800, there is a communication passage that you can come to the hotel lobby floor.
