Rock sauna that also called Ganban-yoku is a method of keeping fit that involves lying down on a heated slab of rock that is embedded in the sauna room floor.
Negative ions and Far-infrared rays emitted from rocks penetrate the human body and are absorbed by cells causing a number of reactions such as dilation of blood vessels which improve blood circulation, speed up the metabolism and help eliminate wastes.

QWhat time is the check in / out ?: ACheck-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is until 11:00. For Premium Coco Suite Twin and Coco Suite Twin rooms, check-out is until 12:00.
Please note that check-in/out times may vary depending on the room plan.

QIs it possible to check in before 14:00 ?: AWe are sorry, but early check-in is not available. Check-in starts from 14:00.

QIs it possible to check out after 11:00 am?: AA late check-out extension may be available depending on availability. Please note that after 14:00, a full night's room charge will apply. Please inquire at the front desk for extension fees.

QAre there any non-smoking rooms available?: AFloors 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 are all non-smoking. Floor 5 and Floor 11 are all smoking. (An ashtray is available on the terrace on the 11th floor.)
Please let us know your preference for a non-smoking room at the time of reservation. Please note that we cannot always guarantee availability.

QAre there any Japanese-style rooms?: AThere is one Japanese-style room each on the 7th and 8th floor. Please request a Japanese-style room at the time of your reservation. The room can accommodate up to 4 guests (an additional charge applies for more than 2 guests). Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

QIs there any room with separated bath and toilet?: ABath and toilet are separated in the 3 suite rooms on the 11th floor, the 4 luxury twin rooms on the 9th floor, and the Japanese-style rooms on the 7th and 8th floor. There are also 3 shower booths on each floor from the 3rd to the 8th floor.

QWhere can I store my valuables?: AWe cannot accept any deposit of valuables at the front desk. There is a safety box (safe) in each room that is free to use, so please manage your valuables yourself.

QIs it possible to choose the room number or location?: ARoom requests can be noted, but we cannot guarantee that your preferred room will be assigned, as it depends on availability and the reservation situation.

QIs Wi-Fi available ?: AFree high-speed Wi-Fi and wired LAN are available in all guest rooms. Please note that laptops are not provided, so please bring your own.

QDo you offer breakfast and dinner?: ABreakfast is available at "Restaurant Coco Ciel" on the 2nd floor lobby level.
Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast for 2,000 JPY with an advance reservation (2,500 JPY on the day). Children aged 3 and above but under elementary school age are 1,000 JPY (1,500 JPY on the day). Visitors are also welcome at 2,600 JPY per adult.
Note: Children under 3 years old are free; children of elementary school age (6+) are charged the adult price.
Business hours: 6:30–10:00 (L.O. 9:30). Seating availability is subject to the situation on the day.

QCan I smoke (including e-cigarettes) in the bar?: AWe are sorry, but all seats are non-smoking, including heated tobacco products. A smoking area is available on the terrace behind the bar counter.

QCan I pay by credit card at the bar?: AYes. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as QR code payments such as Suica and PayPay. Hotel guests may also charge to their room.

QIs there a hair dryer or other equipment in the public bath dressing room?: AThere are 3 hair dryers in the dressing room. Cotton swabs and cotton pads are also available. Face towels are provided, so please bring a bath towel and body towel from your room. The female spa dressing room also provides bedrock bath yukata and bedrock bath towels.

QIs the toilet western style or Japanese style?: AAll toilets in the building are Western-style with shower function.

QAre there vending machines for drinks?: AVending machines for soft drinks and alcohol are located on the 3rd, 6th, and 10th floors. Please note that cigarettes are not sold in the hotel. Please purchase them at a nearby convenience store.

QIs there an ice machine?: AIce machines are available next to the vending machines on the 3rd, 6th, and 10th floors, and also on the 11th floor. Please feel free to use them.

QAre there any smoking areas in the hotel?: AThe front desk, lobby, restaurant, and hallways are all non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in smoking guest rooms, on the terrace at the back of the 2nd floor restaurant, and in the outdoor common area in front of the public bath entrance on the 10th floor. Please check with the front desk for exact locations.

QCan I move between floors in my pajamas and slippers?: AYou may move between rooms and visit the 10th floor public bath in pajamas and slippers. However, please refrain from wearing pajamas and slippers in the lobby and restaurant.

The men's bath (right side) features: open-air bath (carbonated spring), sauna, cold water bath, and indoor bath.
The women's bath (left side) features: open-air bath (carbonated spring), sauna, bedrock bath (reservation required), and indoor bath.
A water server is available in the dressing room — please enjoy it freely.
Please note that female guests require a dedicated card key to access the women's spa. This will be provided at check-in and must be returned to the front desk upon check-out.

QIs the public bath barrier-free?: AWe are sorry, but the public bath is not barrier-free accessible.

QWho can use the public bath?: AThe public bath is available to hotel guests only. Guests with tattoos or tattoo-like stickers, members of organized crime groups, and intoxicated guests are strictly prohibited from using the bath. We may also refuse entry in cases where other guests may be disturbed.

QAre there any bathing restrictions?: AFor safety and hygiene, the following guests are not permitted to use the bath:
・Guests who are not yet out of diapers
・Guests wearing diapers
The use of walking aids and wheelchairs inside the bath is not permitted as a general rule to prevent accidental contact injuries.
In accordance with Takasaki City regulations, children aged 7 and above must use the bath corresponding to their sex (boys in the men's bath, girls in the women's bath). Exceptions may apply depending on the child's development.

QRegarding the use of the public bath by transgender guests: ABased on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's guidelines (June 2023), our facility determines gender for bath use based on physical characteristics. Our policy is as follows:
1. Bath use is determined primarily based on registered gender, taking into account a comprehensive assessment including appearance and physical characteristics.
2. Gender identity alone is not sufficient grounds for determination. We prioritize the comfort and safety of all guests.
3. If our facility judges that other guests may feel confused or anxious based on appearance or physical characteristics, we may ask a guest to refrain from using the bath regardless of registered gender.
4. We do not restrict bath use based solely on voice or mannerisms, but will respond on a case-by-case basis if concerns are raised by other guests.

QIs there a hotel shuttle service?: AWe are sorry, but no shuttle service is available.

QHow can I get to the hotel from the station?: AExit Takasaki Station from the East Exit. You will see a pedestrian deck on the left side in front of the Yamada Denki store. Follow the deck for about 3 minutes to reach the hotel's 2nd floor entrance.

QIs there a parking lot at the hotel?: AThe hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. Guests arriving by car are directed to the adjacent multi-level parking lot "Coco Parc 800". No reservation is required — please park in any available space up to the rooftop. After parking, exit on the 3rd floor of Coco Parc 800 and take the indoor walkway to the hotel lobby floor.
Please note that parking fees are charged separately.
